Amaro Spietato is the bold and refined counterpart of Amaro Criminale: a spirit designed for those who love intense flavours and strong emotions, but never give up harmony and complexity .
Born from the creativity of Alex Bartolucci in our distillery in Pesaro , this bitter expresses the desire to overcome the limits of tradition, offering an experience outside the box.
The Amaro Spietato recipe is based on a selection of bitter roots and peels β including rhubarb, cinchona and gentian β to which cocoa , liquorice and bitter orange are added.
The result is a deep , decisive and persistent aromatic profile : warm and spicy notes intertwine with a vegetal freshness, with details that emerge slowly and surprise with every taste.
Amaro Spietato and Amaro Criminale were conceived as a pair of complementary bitters, two different but inseparable souls, capable of telling a story made of contrasts and complicity.
