Mezzanotte vodka is born from the encounter between tradition and experimentation : modern techniques such as vacuum distillation and ingredients that add depth without ever overwhelming. We love to experiment, but without losing the essence: a vodka must be clean, elegant, with a structure that supports silence or blends with other flavors in a cocktail.

We like to push the envelope, adding unusual aromatic details, like Palo Santo or herbal accents, to create a pared-down spirit with a little something extra — that signature that lingers, even when the glass is empty.
