For us, creating a bitter is not just a matter of balancing sweet and bitter. It's like writing a plot: there are intense protagonists, spicy twists, long and persistent finishes. Each ingredient is a word, each sip is a chapter.

We always start from a bitter base of roots and peels with a strong character — rhubarb, cinchona, gentian, bitter citrus . Then we build a world around that structure: warm notes like cardamom or cinnamon, fresh and vegetal scents, aromatic details that surprise and conquer. The result? Bitterness outside the box, designed for those who love to discover something new every time they open a bottle.
